Our preferred Carrier is FedEx, one of the reasons it is the preferred carrier of ScarfUniverse is the superior online delivery tracking provided to our customers. FedEx does partner with USPS through its SmartPost program, and your package may ship FedEx, but be delivered via USPS.

All orders are shipped via ground service unless otherwise specified.  All orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. If you order after 2:00 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, your order will ship the following business day.


We always strive to have everything in stock listed on the website but if for some reason we cannot fill your order, you will be notified via e-mail before your order ships.


Please note that the day after your order is shipped is Day 1 of any shipping estimation.

Free Delivery on orders over $50*
We cover the shipping costs on any order over $50 to the continental USA. 

Ground Delivery
Shipping on all orders under $50 to the United States is only $6.95. Packages are delivered in an average of 2-7 business days to any destination after your order is shipped.  Delivery times are only an estimate and not guaranteed.

2nd Day Delivery
Packages are delivered in 1-2 business days to any destination after your order is shipped by 2nd Day. 2nd Day shipping charges are $15.00 and are non-refundable.  2nd Day shipping is not always available to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.


Overnight Delivery- Current Unavailable
Packages are delivered in 1 business days to any destination after your order is shipped by Overnight. Overnight shipping charges are calculated by weight and location and will be calculated when you checkout. Rates are based on your location and the weight of your package and are non-refundable.  Overnight shipping is not always available to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.  

International Orders
Packages usually arrive within 5-10 business days and are insured against lost or damage at no additional cost. International shipping charges are $55.00. We reserve the right to ship the best way possible at our discretion for all international shipments. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and ScarfUniverse assumes no responsibility for these costs. ScarfUniverse has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, customs may delay the delivery of your package for clearance or security issues. We have no control over customs holds or time held at the customs office.  To provide safety and security for all online shoppers, international customers may be asked to fax a copy of their photo identification and both sides of their credit card before their order is processed. 

Military Addresses
Here at ScarfUniverse our Military friends are very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time to military addresses.  Normal delivery times apply to the time it’s delivered to the Military.  From there, the package is under the control of the military mail system. The actual transit time depends on where you are stationed. If you have any problems entering your APO/FPO address information please contact Customer Service by e-mail at [email protected], which will be answered within 24 hours. 

Lost Shipments
All shipments will be considered lost if they have neither arrived nor been confirmed delivered after 25 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.   If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you).

Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will make every attempt to contact you for the correct information.  If it is not resolved we will refund you the price of the product, minus the shipping.
